ur church is a big building and an old building and it takes a significant amount of work to keep it looking nice and working smoothly.
When I think of this huge task, I think of Rob McCall. He is one of several who shows up and gets things done. I know that I can call him anytime to do anything and he will be here and with a servant's heart, he will do it. Even though his body is often in pain, he will be here at the church doing things like changing a light switch, replacing a toilet or climbing up on the roof to patch the leaks.
Rob doesn’t do this for a pat on the back, but instead he does it because God has gifted him with the ability to do many things. He has the heart of a true servant. To be honest, if Community Church had to make a service call every time something needed looked at, fixed or replaced, it would certainly be a financial hardship for our church.
If I could say one thing to you Rob, it would be that I appreciate you and value what you do here at our church building and I know it pleases God.
